1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Dispunet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dispunet. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App contains user-generated content that may not be suitable for individuals under 18.

3. Description of Service

Dispunet enables users to create disputes, vote on disputes, add clarifications and comments, receive AI-generated advice, connect with circle members, and earn points for fair participation.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One person may only maintain one account.

5. User-Generated Content Policy

5.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or pornography
• Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or dangerous activities
• Is discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Contains hate speech or incites hatred against any group
• Infringes on intellectual property or copyright of others
• Contains personal information of others without their consent (doxxing)
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Targets or exploits minors in any way
• Manipulates votes, results, or points through deception or automation

5.2 Content Moderation

• Dispunet employs content moderation to filter and remove objectionable content.
• Users can report any dispute, comment, clarification, or user profile that violates these terms.
• Users can block other users to prevent further interaction.
• Users can delete their own posts and content at any time.
• Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action within 24 hours.

5.3 Enforcement Actions

Upon finding a violation, Dispunet may take any of the following actions without prior notice:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Temporary suspension of the user's account
• Permanent termination of the user's account
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

5.4 Anonymous Posting

Dispunet allows users to post disputes with varying levels of identity disclosure. Regardless of anonymity settings, all content must comply with these terms. Anonymous posting does not exempt users from accountability — we retain the ability to identify and take action against any user who violates these policies.

• Silver (Free): Create 1 dispute, view and vote on disputes.
• Platinum: Create up to 5 disputes per month, comment on disputes, platinum badge.
• Gold: All Platinum perks, no ads, unlimited disputes, gold badge.
• Professional: All Gold perks, write clarifications on any dispute, professional badge, priority support.

Subscription pricing and management is handled through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policies.

8. AI Expert Advice Disclaimer

AI-generated advice provided within Dispunet is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for matters requiring expert guidance.

9. Rewards and Points

• Noble Points and Supporter Points are virtual and have no monetary value.
• Points cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real currency.
• Manipulation of points through automation or deception will result in account termination.

10. Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload.
• By posting content, you grant Dispunet a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and analyze your content within the App.
• You represent that you have the right to share any content you post.

11. Intellectual Property

The Dispunet name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Dispunet. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

Dispunet and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email, username, date of birth, phone number (optional)
• Content: Disputes, votes, clarifications, comments you create
• Device data: Device type, operating system, app version
• Usage data: App interactions, feature usage for improvement
• Optional: Social media profile links, profile photo

• To operate and provide the App's features
• To personalize your experience
• To enable disputes, voting, and community features
• To communicate updates and support
• To enforce our Terms and moderate content
• To improve the App based on usage patterns

Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Trusted service providers (Firebase, analytics) may process data solely for App functionality.
• We may disclose information when required by law or to protect user safety.

Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and storage. Google AdMob is used for advertising. These services have their own privacy policies that apply when processing your data.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request export of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Dispunet is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

Account Deletion

To delete your account, email dispunet.delete@gmail.com with your registered phone number or email. We will verify your identity and delete all associated data from our servers.
